may you deactivate my licence from my old computer under Windows XP. I have a new system in Seven 64bit and I want re-use my plugin Nebula 2.
I don't know why but it seems my two activations are locked for my old computer, you can erase it because my computer under Windows xp is dead.
Also I never use my plugin since four years and I want explore an another time Nebula.

lol !!! :o) but you don't give me the choice, I bought a licence for a plugin and this plugin work in my daw but when I open it say "please authorize this product".
So I ask you an authorization for my new computer but you said to me you have no support for legacy product.
Have you said before I bought your product you will have no solution for me in the future when you switch on a new version ?
I don't think so and at least, you haven't said I lost my product because you go to a new, if I knew that never I bought your Nebula 2.
So as you haven't an alternate solution for me I find the best way, I go to a discounter because this providers are more serious.

Hello, you are very quiet today, so I take a new decision, I have uninstall Nebula 2 from my computer since you does'nt want give me a new activation and I will never use your plugins and I will make a mega promotion of your company in the social network.
Your products are good but dozen of editors have also good products and they have the respect of their customers.
So your suggest to I go to an another seller is dead and my solution is a good way because you are not honest.
